1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Efsense Travel as data controller, within the purposes and legal bases set out below.

2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity and contact data (name, email, phone),
• Enquiry and service data (your travel/event requests, message content),
• Transaction security data (IP address, log records),
• Usage/cookie data processed subject to your consent.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Receiving, assessing and responding to your requests,
• Planning and delivering travel, accommodation, transport, visa and MICE services,
• Fulfilling contractual and legal obligations,
• Promotional and newsletter activities subject to your explicit consent,
• Ensuring website security and service quality.

4. Legal Bases (KVKK Art. 5)

Your personal data is processed on the bases of necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the legitimate interests of the data controller and, where required, your explicit consent.

5. Transfer of Data

Your personal data may be shared, to the extent required by the service, with business partners, suppliers and service providers, and with legally authorised public institutions, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK. Where transfer abroad is necessary, the conditions prescribed by KVKK are met.

6. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically via website contact and newsletter forms, email, telephone and other communication channels.

7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad; request correction if incomplete or inaccurate; request erasure/destruction under the conditions set out in KVKK; request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
